Kids

It's never been a question to anyone who has known me if I like kids or not. It's been pretty clear, so as I have pursued my photography career I have tried all kinds and by far my favorite is kids. I love their innocence. I love the simplicity of the smile on a little ones face. The carefree laughter in a small child, the heart of older ones who long to have a great picture to give their parents. So in hunting down my nitch- I have found that my heart longs to capture the moments of families, kids and teens. I love the emotion of the weddings- but I love the expression of love and joy in the face of a child- the togetherness in a family- and the sense of hope & confidence of high school seniors. I hope you have been able to capture the moments in your life that express love- care- hope and joy. Sometimes it seems life is busy and we get going through the motions. I urge you to take 15min today (in the midst of the start of the Christmas/Thanksgiving season) and think about what you are blessed by- who you are thankful for- jot a note, pick up the phone, hug your kids.
