ugh. Long day!

That's about all I got! Trying to process some things in my head. Wishing I had more time and phone minutes to catch up with friends. Wishing I had... well lots of things. But blessed to have the things and people I have.

That's all I got. It's already 9:30 and all I have gotten done since I have been home is workout and grocery shop. gotta go chop veggies for lunch.

lots of pictures & plans

But not in this post. Sorry I have been MIA. I have been swamped in life and pictures. In a good way, but swamped. I am learning to swim and keeping a float. It's been SUPER HOT! I am so glad that Ryan and I got air for the summer.... I can't imagine this summer without air!!

I was in Wisconson last weekend to go see my brother and SIL and my super cute nieces. I have a ton of pictures and will get them sized down so I can put them online soon. (my goal is tomorrow). I have a list of things to accomplish this weekend to catch up and get ready for the 4th.

We are excited that Ryan's parents and brother will be visiting the 19-22 of June. It will be good to see them. Ryan's cousin is getting married and they are coming for the family reunion that will come along with that! It should be a great weekend. That Sunday I will also be in Rochester (well I guess not also, cause I can't be in two places at once--but I like to try!) for Lynde's shower. I just finished up those invites and sent them out.

Needless to say life is busy. It's summer and June is already over-- WHERE DID IT GO?

Well. That's all I got. I always have lots to say, but then I come to blog and I think my entry would be pages and pages if I wrote down everything and I am sure the grammar and spelling would be even worse than normal if I wrote more. Anyways... now I am just rambling.

ahhhhhh.....

I think I can hear my bed calling my name from here... but it's not quite that easy. It's been a crazy last few weeks. I have been trying to take care of myself and that means working out-- but why I am not good at normally doing that is cause I have so many other things that I could and or should be doing, but for the thousandth (probably more) time in my life God is reminding me that I am his creation and he wants me to take care of me! :) This is easier said than done. BUT that means not much time to do other things including, editing, laundry, cook, clean, meet with potential clients, etc. Mind you I am still doing it all I am just not relaxing (or being lazy) as much.

I have a thought to share with Jesus on other matters in my life! Here goes! Jesus--- when you make the next person can you start a new trend-- change the creation up a little and make them without a ghalblader? I know your creation is perfect, but we have all kinds of things we do to our bodies that make them not healthy and on top of that Dr's can't seem to understand that they cause great pain and it's not an ulser or a parasite or anything else- (including constipation) it's just the ghalblader. We don't need it. I know-- I have been living fine without mine for 7 years & many others do too.

Soooo what I am asking is if you could just stop making that part. And I am willing to bargin with you (cause I am good at that) and say that if you decide to leave it in can you at least tell Ryan's Dr to take his out..... he's in A LOT of pain and well--- it just needs to come out.

THANKS for making an incredable system-- sorry I want to alter the parts-- it's just my opinion-do your thing-- I know you will anyway! :)

I hope you are all having a great week. To all my friends who I haven't talked to in a while--- I love you and will talk to you sometime next week. I am spending the weekend in Wisconson with the girls for E's dance recital--- pretty pumped about that!

Busy weekend

AHHHHH!!! The weekend is over (if only I had another one imediatly after). Friday and Saturday I had weddings (Saturday I assisted Kris). Today my dear friends Lynde and Brad were in town for some picture taking!! It was a SUPER bright day, but I think in spite of the squinting (hhhmm-- BRAD) we got some really great shots!

We had our small group tonight and yet another blessing that God has brought to us is a great group of people to do life with. We are working our way through Proverbs. Great insight about living wisely. Easier said than done.

I have to go to bed. I am exhausted!!

New web page, rain, and life

What I didn't blog about yesterday is all that is going on in my life. I Know I haven't said much lately. I have been busy. Life is good. Work is great and the photography bussiness is taking shape. My web site should be up and running in the next few weeks. As part of my web site I will be having a photo blog makeover. To match the colors of my site. I am pretty pumped. Here is what the header will look like.

The colors are brown and "tiffany blue". I am so excited that everything is taking shape. By the end of the Summer I will have done 5 weddings this year (4 of my own and 1 this weekend that i am assisting Krista. She is super talented and I am honored to assist her once again. This weekend I have a short backyard wedding on Friday night right after work. And on Sunday our friends Brad and Lynde are coming into town and we get to hang out with them. Super excited to shoot their engagement pictures and some picture with them and Jake (Brad's son). Should be fun!! And I have an enquirer about doing a wedding next summer already! Super pumped about this fun couple!!

What else. Life is busy (did I already mention that?) But good busy! I love new adventures and successes (and the challenges that come with them).

Anyway- not much else new besides work, pictures, family and friends. You know, the essentials.

Watch the photo blog over the next few weeks I am going to be doing some summer/ fall scheduling promotoins. As well as a big kick off of the official website! July is already booked (I can't believe it!) But August has some space.

Spent the weekend with E & K and met E.G. who is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Congrats to my dear friends and new parents-- Chris and Justin. May you have some restful nights ahead!! :)

By this point in their lives E & K (more E than K) are more than done with having me take their pictures. Not even the bribe of "I have pictures from when you were a year and a half on my wall-- I need new ones" worked.

I got a few but they were more of E being silly than anything else. K on the other hand was ready and willing to smile at any second. I don't have a "smile picture done at this second, but check out the sweetness as she is sippin her frosty!!

Busy night as I finish some laundry, get my gear together and pack up for a trip to the other side (of the state that is). In the midst of doing all that Ryan and I am going to play some games (which he will win, but we have fun in the process).
