weddings weddings and more weddings & my brilliant husband!

Tis the season I guess... perhaps I overloaded myself in July and am paying for it now. I just finished printing programs for the Bride who's invitations I made. They turned out really nice. It was funny I spent a lot of time "perfecting" the design to be very similar to her invites- which involved lots of letter spacing, various fonts, etc. They thought I would just hand them flat copies-- and they would have to fold them. I wouldn't have felt like I had finished the job if I did that- so I folded them all. All 202 of them. Not tricky-- except this paper wasn't square (Ryan says- that's good cause it's rectangular- HUH!) Anyway- it wasn't cut right when they cut the ream- so it made it a little tricky but all in all- folding comes naturally to me. {I know I am so talented- I CAN FOLD}.

Anyway she had seen and approved the design but when I dropped them off she was looking at them and was like "Wow, you are such a good folder". I jokingly said - "I worked forever on the design, forget that, I am a great folder!" I thought it was hilarious.

FUNNY!

I am still editing from last weekend {the 3 day wedding extravaganza} Haven't even looked at the shower pictures from last Sunday {not part of the 3 day extravaganza}. I am off to another wedding today {attending- but I have been asked to snap pictures around the reception}. Next weekend however, is my final wedding of the summer. It has been great all in all-- busier at times than other. But I am so proud of myself for taking the plunge and doing this. I have loved it. I will keep doing it. I have another wedding in December. Looking forward to that.

On to other life happenings-- Ryan got his PCAT scores back. {if you remember he had to take them again cause they mis informed him of a class to take so he won't be in pharmacy school in the fall- but next fall-- so he had to take the pharmacy school admissions test again} We were kind of bummed about the fact that he had to take it again-- cause he scored well enough last year that he would be able to get a full ride. So we were praying {along with many others} that he would do well. He was horribly sick {this was in the midst of our many times to ER} BUT... Drum roll please -- he got at 95%. He is brilliant! I am so proud of him. And we believe there is other big news on the horizon that we can't quite share yet! I will keep you posted.

oy!!

I am barely awake peeps!! I have some laundry to throw in and then I am hoping to hit the hay! Long weekend... good weekend in many ways--- last night it all fell apart when I was on my last rope. Nothing I want to share on here it had to do with me being too tired to think straight and toallty messing something up! I am still pretty sick about it and hoping that I am able to figure some fix out!

(ok I know that meant nothing to most of you-- sorry).

Hmmm so now I have a LOT of pictures to edit. Going to a wedding this weekend. Shooting a wedding next weekend.

Then I can get organized cause right now I am livin moment to moment!

Outa here!

I will be out of steam for sure by the end of the weekend. Everynight has been a late one and every morning an early one. I am off to work out this morning and then:

Finish final album
return some things to target/ exchange them
clean house
finish laundry
fold laundry
pack
shower
get ready--- for a weekend of FUN!!


Work was pretty busy when i left on Friday we are right in the middle of a sale so files going everywhere and lots of organization to be had. But it's in good hands. My co-worker told me he would take Monday and Tuesday off since I got Thursday and Friday off during this busy time (he has to pick up all my work)

Sunday, I will swing by before I head to the shower to pick up the necessary games, and other things I am responsable for.

Next week will be crazy busy too. I have a slide show to put together and mail. Wedding programs to finish and print, and of course another wedding to finish stuff up for and shoot the following weekend.

THEN I WILL BE HOME FREE!! :)

PS- I went and had my hair cut yesterday-- it's super cute - I got bangs (no worries, not like High School bangs, but sweepy bangs.) I will have pictures of that and the coral skirt upon return!

I am still alive. I have one album down and submitted to print--- however I am praying that it get's here on time. I submitted it at around 1am this morning and the confirmation said that it would take 4bussiness days to process/print (tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday) and I am having them fed ex it to me so that hopefully it gets here on Saturday. I will be soooooooo bummed if it doesn't come.

I will post pictures of the album after Sunday. Still have lots to do around the house. I have Thursday and Friday off. In laws, rehearsal dinner, engagement shoot, wedding, family reunion, and so much more all before Saturday.

On another note-- those of you who know me will be SHOCKED and mom you will be proud. I bought a dark coral colored skirt this weekend! I know shocking! But it's supper cute and I love it!

Hmm-- that's about it! Talk to you soon. M I am not ignoring you- I will call you Sunday night on my way home.

AAAHHHHH!!! SWAMPED!!

I am alive, swamped in projects. In the next 10 days I have ....
... 2 albums (scrapbook)
... In laws coming
... Wedding shower planning
... wedding shower
... wedding to shoot
... rehearsal dinner and family gathering to shoot
... work 40 hours a week.
... coffee with client who's wedding I am shooting the following weekend.

Needless to say I am swamped in getting things done. Super excited for Abby and Jag's wedding, In laws coming, these albums. But feeling like I need a major to do list and it would make my life a little easier.

Maybe before I go to bed I will put that together.
Don't look for much here until after next weekend (the 19-21)-- then look for lots of pictures!!
